A lighter, more agile relative of the bighorn sheep, Dall's sheep posses many of the same social habits. The rams engage in bunting jousts in the autumn, and all migrate to lower elevations during this season, returning to alpine meadows in the spring. Dall's sheep are preyed upon by wolves, and sometimes grizzlies, wolverines, and lynx, and young lambs often fall prey to golden eagles.
