Toothcup

Rotala ramosior

The toothcup is an annual flowering plant that occurs in British Columbia and Ontario, in limited populations. It inhabits moist, sandy shoreline, emerging when lake levels go down in the summer. Habitat destruction and regulation of water levels are limiting factors for the Toothcup, which has no legal protection.
